Meeting Dates

  • P&Z Commission – first Wednesday of every month at 7:00pm
  • Board of Aldermen – second Tuesday of every month at 7:00pm
  • Board of Adjustment – fourth Thursday of every month at 7:00pm

Submittal Deadlines

  • P&Z Submittals - by 5:00pm the day after the second Tuesday, the month prior to the P&Z meeting.
  • Board of Adjustment - by 5:00pm, twenty days prior to the Board of Adjustment meeting.

  • Petition, Filing Fee and other documents need to be filed with the Public Works Department
  • Review by City Hall staff then submittal of (20) sets of drawings and documents
  • Review and recommendation from P&Z Commission
  • Public Hearing by the Board of Aldermen
  • First Reading of Ordinance to amend Zoning Regulations by the Board of Aldermen
  • Second Reading of Ordinance to amend Zoning Regulations by the Board of Aldermen
