Website Input to Public Hearings & Notices

Can't make a Public Hearing or meeting where a Public Notice is read aloud?  The City of Sunset Hills now takes electronic input to such matters at the City website.  A second link has been placed on each point marked on the Google Map that locates active Public Hearings and Notices through out the City.  The opening page of the City website also has a graphic link titled "Your Input" immediately below the Public Hearing & Notices graphic.  Once at the form, you'll:

  1. Select the Public Hearing or Notice item you're responding to
    (i.e. P-##-YR - Address - Description) from a drop down list.
  2. You will indicate your Position "For, Against, or Other."
  3. You'll then have the opportunity to offer your
    Comments and/or Suggestions.
  4. Then you'll provide required identification to your input.

This information will be shared with the City Administrator, Public Works Director, Assistant City Engineer, Assistant City Planner, and the Zoning Enforcement Officer.  Like other input to any Hearing or Notice before the City, this input will part of the process of public engagement on matters before the Board of Adjustment, Planning & Zoning, and the Board of Aldermen.
