When trying to improve our body through physical fitness we do not always explore within our mind all that is necessary to lose those 15 lbs. At the same time exploring our own selves cognitively allows us better to “Know Thyself” which can lead to improving all realms of our life. This seminar will discuss the importance of well-being by exploring the whole person and the connections between the mind and body that will allow us to successfully meet our life goals.
