Water Aerobics will move to evenings starting Monday, August 19th.
Classes will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. starting August 19th.
Shallow Water Aerobics
A relaxing and refreshing way to get into shape. Exercises are designed to improve flexibility, tone muscles, and improve the cardiovascular system. Each individual can work at his or her own pace.

HydroBlast is a high-intensity cardio and strength training class that uses a variety of equipment, and a varying format to challenge every muscle group! This class utilizes a combination of shallow and deep water to maximize the benefits of your workout. The focus will be building strength and endurance, while giving you a great cardio workout!
