A relaxing and refreshing way to get into shape. Exercises are designed to improve flexibility, tone muscles, and improve the cardiovascular system. Each individual can work at their own pace.

This class utilizes a combination of shallow and deep water to maximize the benefits of your workout. The focus will be building strength and endurance while giving you a great cardio workout.
