Packet Pick Up Frequently Asked Questions

Where and When is Packet Pick up?
Packet Pick Up will be at Sunset Hills Community Center (3915 S Lindbergh Blvd) on Saturday, June 24th from 9:00am to 12:00pm. It will also be available race morning at Watson Trail Park from 5:00am to 6:00am.

Can I register a relay team?
Yes! Relay teams are a ton of fun and we love them!!!

How does the swim start work?
The  Tri will feature a  self-seeded swim. Swimmers will be released into the pool every 15 seconds by a lovely volunteer named Jill.  You will then follow a serpentine style swim pattern.  If that seems confusing to you, don't stress, you likely won't be the first one in the water so you will be able to see how it goes before you get in.

Is the bike still a loop course?
Yes, it is a 3 loop course that you turn in on W. Watson on the last loop and head back into transition. We have a link to the map on the left side of this page.

And the run is a loop course as well?
Yes, you will do 3 loops on this course too. The majority of the loop is in Watson Trail Park. You will be on paved roads, but a mix of hills and flats as well.

What the chances I will get lost on either?
Pretty slim. We put volunteers all over the course and mark with cones.

What about SWAG?
At packet pick up you will receive your performance T-shirt, and as you cross the finish line you will receive a participant medal. We also offer overall and age group awards for the top 3. We try to offer nice incentives for a low price, because that’s half the fun right?

I left early and didn’t get my Age Group or Overall award, what should I do?
Email and they will arrange a lovely ceremony/pick up in his office.

I have never done a tri before and I’m confused about transition and how the race goes, can I get help with that?
Yes! Email and they would be happy to help you with that.

None of my questions are answered. Who can I contact?
That would be
